delivery & refunds

Delivery
All delivery costs are for UK mainland only. For any shipments outside the UK please contact us and we will advise you of the shipping costs accordingly.

Upon receipt of your order we will email you with an approximate despatch date. Of course many of our products originate from Italy and, as a result of this, there may on occasions be a slightly extended delivery time. However where possible we aim to despatch most orders within 10 working days. We will also notify you when your order has been despatched. If only a portion of your order is available we can ship it separately whilst we are restocking. Your shipping charges will not be affected.

Packaging
Rolled artwork is packaged in a reinforced tube. Flat mounted items are packaged in a reinforced box. Framed items are securely packaged in a sturdy box with fitted inserts to prevent damage.

Refunds
We are committed to giving excellent customer service and if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase please return it in the original tube or box together with the completed returns form within 14 days. We will give you a replacement or a full refund. Before you return any item please e-mail us at gallery@kdfineart-italia.com for authorisation. Once we have received your unwanted item(s) we will notify you via e-mail. If the unwanted item is due to customer error we will give you a full refund minus the delivery charge.
