In general the copyright is owned by the creator of the artwork, i.e. the artist. The copyright of an image need not be registered, it exists as an ownership right when the image is created. KD Fine Art Italia reserves the right to make copies, publicly distribute copies, publicly display the work and prepare other works based on the original. It is illegal to copy, print or digitally reproduce artwork without the artist’s permission and this is protected by international copyright law.

Website Photography
All photography displayed on this website has been taken of each actual item. Each of these photos have been created for website use as close as possible to the original item in terms of colour and definition. However please be aware that colour can vary on different visual displays such as TFT and CRT monitors, and notebook screens.

Prices and payment
All prices shown on this website include VAT. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. All prices are shown in pounds sterling and all costs and delivery charges are applicable only to the UK mainland. Returned and damaged goods
Following delivery of an order, goods may not be returned without authorisation. In the event of defective or damaged goods KD Fine Art-Italia must be informed within 3 days of receipt of the order, otherwise a credit or replacement may be refused. Orders that are returned for a refund which are undamaged and which have been delivered in accordance with the customer’s specification will be refunded minus the cost of delivery.
